1. Introduction By accessing or using the Snapit platform and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services Snapit provides rapid delivery of groceries, fresh produce, and daily essentials from our owned stores and trusted local third-party partner stores.

3. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old or have legal guardian consent and supervision if under 18 to use Snapit.

4. Account You must register with accurate information. You are solely responsible for maintaining account security and all activity under your account.

5. Partner Subscriptions Snapit Partner subscriptions are non-refundable in all cases. Subscription grants a license to operate your business on the Snapit platform. To cancel: Snapit Partner App → Menu → My Business Plan → Cancel Subscription. No refunds will be issued upon cancellation.

6. Orders

  • Product availability is subject to stock, location, and demand.
  • Orders are confirmed via notification; review details carefully.
  • Estimated delivery within 10-60 minutes (subject to traffic, distance, availability, or unexpected circumstances); times are estimates only.
  • Delivery fees vary by location, time, and order; shown before confirmation.

7. Payment Payments are processed securely through the platform. We may cancel unverified or failed payments.

8. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Cancellations permitted only before order preparation begins.
  • Refunds issued for unavailable items or eligible delivery issues (see Refund Policy). Contact support@snapitx.com.

9. Third-Party Partners Products from partner stores are fulfilled by those vendors. Snapit is not liable for their quality, freshness, or condition, though we select reliable partners.

10. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Snapit is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the order value.

11. Force Majeure We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control (weather, traffic, strikes, supplier issues, etc.).

12. Intellectual Property All content, trademarks, and software are owned by Snapit or licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

13. Privacy Your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
