  • Personal Information Name, phone number, email address, delivery address, payment information (processed securely via third-party gateways; we do not store full card details).
  • Usage & Order Data Order history, products viewed, preferences, app interactions, search queries.
  • Device & Technical Data IP address, device ID, device model, OS version, browser type, app version, crash logs, timestamps.
  • Location Data
    • Snapit Customer App: Precise location (when you grant permission) to show nearby stores, calculate delivery distance, and complete accurate delivery.
    • Snapit Retail Partner App: Precise location to verify store location, calculate delivery estimates, and authenticate operations.
    • Snapit Delivery Partner App: Precise location in foreground and background (mandatory) for real-time tracking, route optimization, ETA calculation, and order assignment.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Process and fulfill orders
  • Manage accounts and provide customer support
  • Personalize recommendations and app experience
  • Send transactional communications and (with consent) marketing offers
  • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
  • Analyze usage to improve services and performance
  • Comply with legal obligations

4. Sharing of Information We share data only as necessary:

  • With delivery partners, payment processors, cloud providers, and analytics vendors (under strict confidentiality agreements)
  • To comply with court orders, government requests, or applicable law

5. Data Security We use industry-standard measures (encryption in transit & at rest, access controls, regular security assessments) to protect your data. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

  • Withdraw marketing consent or location permissions via app settings
