Snapit is dedicated to delivering a seamless customer experience.

Cancellation Eligibility Cancellations are permitted only prior to order confirmation or preparation (e.g., baking). Once the order is confirmed or preparation has begun, cancellation is not permitted.

Permitted Reasons

  • Ordered the Wrong Item
  • Not Available to Receive
  • Longer Delivery Time

Cancellation Charges A cancellation fee may be applied, depending on the order status, to recover preparation and handling expenses.
