Cancellation Policy

Snapit aims to provide a seamless experience for all customers. If you need to cancel an order, please review our cancellation guidelines below:

  1. Cancellation Reasons Permitted:

    • Ordered the Wrong Item: Customers may cancel if they accidentally ordered an incorrect item.
    • Not Available to Receive: If you won’t be available to receive the order, cancellation is allowed.
    • Longer Delivery Time: If delivery is delayed beyond the estimated time and hasn’t been handed over for delivery.
  2. Cancellation Window:

    • Orders can only be canceled before the order is marked as ready for handover. Once the order is prepared, cancellations will no longer be accepted.
  3. Cancellation Fees:

    • Depending on the order status, a cancellation fee may be applied to cover preparation and handling costs.
