Return Window:

Returns are only accepted at the time of delivery. Before sharing the OTP (via app or SMS) with the delivery partner, kindly inspect the items delivered.

Eligible Return Conditions:

Returns will be allowed under the following circumstances:

  • Damaged Items: If the delivered items are visibly damaged.
  • Incorrect Items: If the items do not match your order.
  • Expired Products: If the delivered items exceed their expiration date.

Return Process:

  1. Inspect all items carefully before confirming receipt.
  2. If any issues are identified, inform the delivery partner immediately.
  3. Do not share the OTP until the issue is resolved.

Refund Process:

  • If the eligible return criteria are met, we will initiate the refund request within 24 hours.
  • The refunded amount will be credited to the same payment mode used at the time of purchase within 5 to 7 working days.

Final Decision:

Snapit reserves the right to approve or deny return requests based on the situation and verification process.
