Refund Policy

At Snapit, we are committed to delivering quality products and a seamless shopping experience.

Return & Refund Eligibility Returns are accepted only at the time of delivery, before you share the OTP with the delivery partner. Please inspect all items carefully upon receipt.

Eligible cases:

  • Visibly damaged items
  • Incorrect items (not matching your order)
  • Expired products (beyond expiry date)

Return Procedure

  1. Examine items thoroughly before confirming receipt.
  2. If any issue is found, notify the delivery partner immediately.
  3. Do not share the OTP until the concern is addressed and resolved.

Refund Process

  • Eligible returns are processed within 24 hours.
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Our Rights Snapit reserves the right to approve or reject any return request following inspection and verification.
