Shipping Policy

At Snapit, we are committed to ensuring a seamless and efficient delivery experience for our customers. Please review our shipping guidelines below:

Order Preparation and Delivery Time:

  • Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 10 minutes to 24 hours of order placement.
  • In rare cases, preparation may take longer (up to 3 to 5 days) due to factors such as stock availability, store closures, or unforeseen circumstances. If an order cannot be prepared within this timeframe, it will be automatically canceled, and the customer will be notified.

Return via Delivery Partner:

  • Returns are only allowed at the time of delivery.
  • Before sharing the OTP with the delivery partner, inspect the items for any damage, incorrect products, or expired goods.
  • If there is an issue, inform the delivery partner immediately. The delivery partner will return the item(s) to Snapit’s warehouse or the respective store.

Customer Responsibility for Returns Post-Delivery:

  • If a return request is made after delivery and approved by Snapit, customers must ensure the product is returned to either:
    • Snapit’s designated mailing address, or
    • The store from which the product was sourced.
  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for shipping fees incurred for returns after delivery (10₹/km) to the respective store from where its sourced.
