Shipping Policy

Snapit is committed to fast and reliable delivery.

Order Preparation & Delivery

  • Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 10 minutes to 24 hours.
  • In exceptional cases (stock issues, store closures, unforeseen events), preparation may extend to 3–5 days.
  • If fulfillment exceeds this period, the order is automatically canceled with notification.

Returns at Delivery

  • Returns accepted only at the time of delivery.
  • Inspect items before sharing OTP.
  • Report damage, incorrect items, or expired products immediately to the delivery partner.
  • The partner will collect and return affected items to Snapit or the source store.

Post-Delivery Returns

  • Approved post-delivery returns require the customer to return items to:
    • Snapit’s designated return address, or
    • The originating store.
  • Return Shipping Cost: ₹20 per km (from delivery location to source store), borne by the customer.
