Order Preparation & Delivery
- Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 10 minutes to 24 hours.
- In exceptional cases (stock issues, store closures, unforeseen events), preparation may extend to 3–5 days.
- If fulfillment exceeds this period, the order is automatically canceled with notification.
Returns at Delivery
- Returns accepted only at the time of delivery.
- Inspect items before sharing OTP.
- Report damage, incorrect items, or expired products immediately to the delivery partner.
- The partner will collect and return affected items to Snapit or the source store.
Post-Delivery Returns
- Approved post-delivery returns require the customer to return items to:
- Snapit’s designated return address, or
- The originating store.
- Return Shipping Cost: ₹20 per km (from delivery location to source store), borne by the customer.
